Aged Greek Spirits & Valrhona Chocolate
This year we welcome Greek aged spirits and the award-winning French chocolate Valrhona, in a special tasting of 6 excellent aged products "wed" with grand cru high in cocoa content chocolates that will take us away in their complexity and evolution.
The best cocoa beans are selected in plantations and then are carefully collected and processed with traditional methods. This is what makes the Valrhona chocolates exceptional: a pure, strong, full flavor and a long aftertaste. We will analyze the distinctive blend of aged spirits with special bitter chocolates.
